Sailing
At Lake Kalderer there is a Sailing Club and club house which is fully equipped for sailing activities. During the summer months, there are also regular Regatta's. Information is available from the Tourist Office or on the website www.kaltern.com. Sailing Club St. Josef, Tel: +39 0471 960 023
Windsurfing
Windsurfing ist he main water sport in Kaltern. Although the lake is relatively small, it provides the training location for three-time "windgliding" world champion Klaus Meran from Kalten. Another youngster from Kaltern, Fabian Heidegger has also made a name form himself as a windsurfer and has taken part in the Olympics.
