We specialise in private living and have used exclusive designer furniture to make the spacious suites, all with private terrace or garden, as luxurious as possible.

The panoramic and unique location of the hotel, near the historic town of Kalten add to its charm. Enjoy the striking views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains, as well as Lake Kalterer from our roof top terrace “VISTA”.
It is an ideal base for those who enjoy fine food and wine, Mountain Biking and Golfing.
Private Living - Our 9 exclusive Studio Suitesfrom 70sq m to 150sq m, all have a private garden or terrace and are furnished with high quality designer furniture.
The spacious Suites offer plenty of room for you to relax. Soft and warm colour tones as well as elegant materials from the area give the rooms a special and harmonious atmosphere that will ensure a good nights sleep.
Simplistic Design and Harmonious Atmosphere: by combining these soft, warm colour tones with light, airy rooms, elegant furnishings and classic materials we have created a stylish yet low key space for you to enjoy and relax.
We have used the ideas and inspiration from the well-known designers, such as Philippe Starckto help create this atmospheric space.
Sustainable and energy efficiency: These elements played key roles in the planning and development of the Design Hotel GIUS LA RESIDENZA****. Where possible we have used natural materials from the surrounding area for example locally grown Oak and stone from a South Tyrolean quarry. The entire building in insulated to reduce energy costs, the plaster is breathable and biodegradable and the heating and air conditioning systems use the most uptodate technology available. All joinery work was undertaken by a local company. Fabrics are made from pure cotton or linen (no formaldehyde, no chemicals, controlled farming). Furthermore, we use local produce in our kitchen.
