Fine Food in the area around Kaltern is a fusion of two cultures – traditional South Tyrolean dishes combined with Mediterranean Italian influences.
As well as the very special wine on the Südtiroler Weinstraße (Wine Route), the area around Bozen has also established itself as a place to enjoy fine food. Excellent chefs have developed dishes from the symbiosis of the Italian-Austrian styles using high quality ingredients thereby creating a very special culinary experience. In-house vinotheque – fine wines for our guests!
In our own vinotheque we offer an exclusive range of South Tyrolean Quality Wines for you to enjoy either with other guests on the terrace or under the moonlight on the balcony of your Suite or in the library. It is entirely up to you where you want to switch off and relax whilst simultaneously deepening your knowledge of wine.
